Abstract
Eğitim sisteminin en stratejik parçası olan okul (Bursalıoğlu, 1979, s. 9) amaçlarının gerçekleşmesinde en başta öğretmenlere görev düşmektedir. Okulun amaçları öğretmenlerin etkin ve verimli çalışmaları ölçüsünde gerçekleşecektir. Okul yönetimi ise öğretmenleri böyle çalışmaya yöneltmek ve güdülemekle sorumludur.
