Abstract
This article argues for the use of qualitative research methods. In particular, it focuses on practitioner research. By making use of this method, teachers can work in their own contexts and try to fînd out what works and what does not. In this way, they can decide what needs to change. Such a reflection of reality can enable a better flow in the system that we are working in.
