Abstract
The presently applied Turkish Elementary Mathematics Curriculum was introduced by Talim Terbiye Kurulu on Nov 19th, 1990 under Law 153 with the belief that it would be implemented and improved after implementation. The aim of this research is to put forward the deficiencies of the present Turkish Elementary Mathematics Curriculum in application with regard to general objectives.
