Abstract
In recent years, demand for effective teaching skills from faculty members has increased. Consequently, the Higher Education Council has attempted to meet this demand by placing higher level courses into graduate schools for educating faculty members. In this context, the main purpose of the present study was to describe the views of the faculty in regard to receiving effective teaching skills training.
