Abstract
Reading and writing skills are an important tool which conveys past experiences and values of mankind from generation to generation and provides living generations with an effective means of communication. It is important for children to acquire correct reading and writing habits during primary education in learning these skills since it plays an important role in achieving success in their future life. In this article, some effective techniques of teaching reading and writing skills in primary education are presented.
