Abstract
This study was carried out to identify physical differences between elementary school buildings built before 1998 and elementary schools built in 2000 and after. In this study, semi structured interviews and observations were used for data gathering. The results indicated that the elementary school buildings which were been built in 2000 and after have more convenient physical conditions than the elementary schools which were been built before 1998.
