Abstract
The SEAP (South East Anatolian Project), as one of the most prominent projects of the world, will, on an important scale, attain success, provided the people of the region be trained in accordance with specified goals. Therefore, it is of utmost necessity that the people of the region should be given the necessary knowledge, behaviour and capability for the aims demanded. Besides, the support and cooperation of the regional people is a must in achieving success. Therefore handling the subject of education in either formal or informal form and appraisal of these approaches within the concept of social development is compulsory for providing support for educational activities.
