Abstract
In this article, which covers the education of primary school students up to the sixth year, observations have been presented concerning the development of capacities or learning sufficiencies in the application of techniques and tactics such as group work, questions and answers, discussion and brainstorming. By preparing an improved educational environment which is open to communication a new educational situation has been created. The participatory learning activities which will be carried out in this environment (strategic goals, methods, tools, materials in the content of which unit tables and observation charts play a role) and the teaching approaches which need to be developed within the framework of programme development have been considered and integrated as part of a continuous learning model.
